How long does shipping take?

At this time, Melissa Olivier ships only within the United States. However, we are working to expand our international shipping options in the near future.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return, simply contact our support team at info@melissaolivier.com. After approval, you’ll receive a return label to download and print.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If you’ve made an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@melissaolivier.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it’s already in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to attempt redirection.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once your order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
